Ive been using Jem for my dry cleaning needs for about a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. I am always welcomed with a warm and friendly smile, and the staff is incredibly polite and attentive. Thier consistent quality has even my worst of dress clothes coming back looking pristine and perfectly pressed. It's clear that they take great pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. My dry cleaning has always been ready at the agreed upon time and the pricing is very competitive. I'll definitely be returning here for all my future dry cleaning needs.
Had a beautiful dress, wore to a wedding, got a stain on it, took it to a cleaner across the street from my job, they didn’t get the stain out told me as I keep getting it dry cleaned it would eventually come out. What! who wants to wear a dress with a stain. Anyway I brought it to Jem, who my sister and brother in law have been using for years and no problem got the stain out. I will never go anywhere else.
