Jim's Auto has always provided excellent communication, a fair price, and do a great job with the work. In one instance, we reached out after we purchased our new car from a dealership and had an issue that they claimed wasn't under warranty. Jim's Auto was SO honest - they didn't want to potentially mess with our warranty, so instead they made some calls and referred us to another area dealership who would good will the issue. They are the epitome of honest mechanics and we are grateful to be their customers.

Very knowledgeable and honest mechanics who charge a very reasonable price for excellent work. I also appreciate the terrific communication that you normally do not get in this field. Shannon always keeps you updated and explains everything really well. You are never left in the dark. Highly recommend them.

I wasn’t happy with the last mechanic I used in town who messed up one of my brakes so I went to Jim’s auto after looking at his reviews and I have to tell you living here for 36 years I have never felt more secure than with Jim’s auto. Shannon is amazing. She explained everything to me they fixed my problem at a reasonable cost I’m so happy I went there. I highly recommend them.

So basically car wouldn’t start while I was at work , jumped it and brought it over to this place, front desk lady was really nice and helpful, checked that the alternator was working properly with a machine, came to the conclusion that it was a faulty battery, ordered the battery to the shop in about 20min replaced it, everything took about 35 min was short on time and had an hour ride back home so they really came in clutch with the time and charged me a very reasonable price definitely would recommend great customer service will return if my car has issues
