I had an excellent experience with JJ Bergamo Auto & Tire Center. My car was having issues that other shops struggled to diagnose, but the team here quickly figured out the problem and fixed it the right way. They were honest, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices were very fair for the quality of service I received. My car now runs better than it has in a long time. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

I randomly stopped in recently after finding them on Google maps as I needed a flat tire repaired. Mike was awesome. My tire was fixed and I was in out. He did tell me I should look into replacing my tires as they were in bad shape. I do not live near by but I did return a few weeks later to get my tires replaced here and while there, Mike and his team noticed a few other things that needed repaired. I left there with my car 100% repaired and driving better than it ever has since I bought it used from my mother in law. I highly recommend JJ Bergamo for all your automotive needs. I live in Hudson County and went out of my way to return here. That's how great they are here.

Ok so for the person not too sure if they want to give this business a try I was there too. The way they handled my questions with a honest feedback was refreshing. Mike’s attention to detail and educating me by showing me and not just talking about it was what I appreciated about the whole experience. Together we laid out options that was realistic for a car that had 185,000+ miles on it.

To be fully honest I had mike and his team talk with me about change out my engine due to the mileage or rebuild it. Mike took his time to explain the pros and cons to both and told me to think about it and come back when I was ready. No pressuring to make a decision with rushing the process he just wanted me to be happy with the decision I made if we were moving forward.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Mike and his team handled my car with care and precision, ensuring that everything was installed perfectly.

I ended up changing out the engine entirely in one weeks time. Talking ordering the engine, having it delivered and then for Mike and his team to install it. This was basically a Monday-Friday operation. By Friday I was on the road. Amazing!!!
