Started using Joy Auto little over a year ago. Wish I had started frequenting them sooner. Service is substantially better then what you'll receive at a chain store. No gimmicky "rewards programs". They don't need it! Prices are close to what you'll find from online sites and no waiting! If they don't have the part you need, they'll get it for you quickly.
Highly recommend you visit if you are a local DIYer.

Called to get parts for my 2003 Honda civic and I was more than happy with the way they handled my payment over the phone, furthermore I was having issues with my bank and every time I called to check on the payment the gentlemen on the phone were awesome and super helpful , and incredibly patient.
