Very disappointed I needed to do a very important paper work not being here when a cds due, so a letter needed to b typed up and needed to b notarized there was no notary there I was going to another branch no notary there either the manager wasn't a notary. I'm leaving on vacation don't have time to go back this is unacceptable tell me the manager didn't have a notary license or any other person. This is not fair to me one cd was alot of money so now they have to roll over at low % because they won't do it to the time it has now this is not fair also td,bank has better solutions to this problem all i had to do is call the bank Cheryl giordano and I have a nice sum of. Money there. I think the customer service was ot in my favor terrible
