Wonderful and friendly Baptist Church. Pastor Michael Brown is one of the best Pastors I've ever had the opportunity to hear. He practices what he preaches!

Recently, I decided to start attending church. I felt nervous walking into a church for the first time in years. I didn't want to be over-taken by "religious people" wanting to "convert" me. I didn't want to feel overwhelmed. At different moments, Paster Brown & Pastor Josh welcomed me & as did a couple of "regulars". I didn't feel swarmed, I was very comfortable.
I know that the 'standard' is to at least wear a nice shirt, slacks & shoes to church, however, I cannot recall the last time I wore a shirt with buttons. I do have some though. I get very physically uncomfortable & deal with some back & sometimes leg pain when sitting or standing still. Sometimes, even for short spurts. So, I wear Tee Shirts, Khakis or shorts & casual sneakers/shoes to Church. I wasn't sure how that was going to be received. But my mind is at ease, not one person even looked at me sideways (other than being some random new guy".
I'm stand-offish at first but the more that I attend regularly I'm sure that I will be meeting some really great people at this warm inviting church. I am really looking forward to growing my relationship with God with the help of members of this church.

Kendall Park Baptist Church is a part of our family. Pastor Brown and Pastor Josh are phenomenal at preaching Gods word and keeping the Bible front and center. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Our children love attending church every week. KPBC is truly a blessing and an answer to our prayers. We give our church ten stars!

Kendall park Baptist church has blessed our family in indescribable ways over the last two years and all glory goes to God who lead us there! Since the first day we visited, the church welcomed us with open arms and have treated and loved us like family. The preaching comes right from God’s word, which I really appreciate. My children absolutely LOVE going to church (and we are there numerous times a week!). We are very pleased with the children’s ministry. I’m a newer christian, but have grown tremendously thanks to the pastors taking my husband and I under their wing and sharing God’s truth with us in the most loving and genuine way. We have been blessed to be part of this congregation and would highly recommend!!
