Kitchen Expo

I had a great experience with Kitchen Expo. Gary helped me pick out and design my kitchen cabinets, and I absolutely love how everything turned out. The kitchen has the perfect organic modern vibe, which is exactly what I was going for.

Gary guided me through every step of the design process, answered all my questions, and reassured me whenever I wasn’t sure about a choice. He was absolutely right because the cabinets came out wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Kitchen Expo and Gary for anyone starting a kitchen project.

I just had one of the best experiences purchasing my kitchen and this is my third custom kitchen, so that says a lot!

From the moment I called, I felt like I was in great hands. When I arrived at the showroom, I was blown away by the variety of styles, finishes, and designed vignettes. It really helped me narrow down my vision and inspired so many ideas.

What sets Kitchen Expo apart is the range they offer from stock, semi-custom, and fully custom cabinetry in a variety of styles and price points. I wasn't quite sure what to expect cost wise. But they guided me through the design process patiently, helping me explore different options that worked with my vision and my budget. I left feeling confident and excited, knowing I had chosen a kitchen I truly love.

To my surprise, the Vice President came out to offer her insight and I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, the owner, who was wonderful. They both helped me work through some of my design ideas, mixing and matching colors with the flooring samples I brought in. Led by Lily my designer extraordinaire, Viki, and Brian they made me feel like I was part of a family, not just another customer.

There was no pressure, no pushy sales just support, flexibility, and amazing ideas. When I was torn between 2 cabinet styles, they talked it through with me with patience and understanding.

This isn’t just a showroom it’s an experience. I placed my cabinet order yesterday and I’m thrilled. I can’t wait to see my dream kitchen come to life.

February 2021: Ordered our cabinets through Kitchen Expo. Our contact person at Kitchen Expo was Mark. We met with Mark twice before our final meet. Mark was always polite and patient. His designs were good and he did not protest with the many many MANY changes we made to our designs. He would hear us out and help in any way he could, encouraging our vison, and trying to put our fears to rest.
He was quick to respond to his emails and return calls.
Gabriella, who took over during Mark's absence was also very helpful.
I will update my post once I receive my cabinets.

Jan 2021: We are redoing our kitchen and reached out to Kitchen Expo. We are currently working with Mark. He is professional. patient with our questions, showed us all our options, helped us with our design taking into consideration our requirements, made changes in design. This is the preliminary step prior to finalizing the design, contractors, cabinets. And so far we are impressed with Mark and the options being offered at Kitchen Expo. I will post updates to this review as we move forward
