The ONLY reason there is no contract is because the Court saw the deceit and ruled the property would not sell for $200K..who is responsible for this deception ?

"Show me a contract for $200000. I'd like to see that. I was not the Estate Executrix nor the lawyer for the sale. Sorry you felt the need to lash out at someone. Sorry it was misapplied towards me. Sounds like a bitter family squabble".

A firm's client, as Estate Executrix, attempted to sell Estate property to herself for $200K..thankfully the Court intervened and prevented this fraudulent/deceitful transaction while selling the property for $400K
