I was indicted on 4 charges that carried a combined 20+ years behind bars and the first thing Mr. Tarver told me was I’m going to do everything I can to help you out and not to worry. At the first hearing Mr. Tarver showed that he is hands down the most vicious trial attorney you can ever imagine. He was able to get the states most important evidence suppressed leaving the state with not much to stand on. However due to the nature of the offense I wasn’t anywhere near out of the woods yet. We must have went to court 7-10 times and each time Mr. Tarver fought and fought always telling me not to worry that he was doing everything possible. The case went on for 3 years finally coming to a conclusion last week and what happen when it was all said and done was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Tarver negotiated a plea deal that I accepted but was still facing 5 years in state prison but he always maintained the same stance “Everything will be ok, I won’t let anything happen to you!” The day of sentencing I called him up and said to him I need you today and his response was “I live for these type of situations!” I was sentenced to 3 years probation.

I’m not proud of what happened and I sure am sorry for the whole situation but I wouldn’t have gotten through it without the help of Tarver Law.
