Five stars isn’t enough for Lee Family Auto Repair! I pulled in with a flat tire and they literally stopped what they were doing to help me — no questions asked. Within minutes, the tire was fixed and I didn’t even have to get out of my car. Fast, kind, and unbelievably efficient. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending them to everyone I know.

Amazing service. Very friendly staff and price is outstanding. I brought my car in to change the brake pads. I initially thought they would need to check out my car, order parts and have me come back the following week. Surprisingly they were able to order it (somehow had it delivered instantly from a local vendor) and change my brakes same day. All done within 30 minutes. I didn’t need to come back for a second trip. Will definitely come back for future service.

My family moved to the area three years ago. One of the things that gives me the most anxiety when relocating is finding a trustworthy mechanic. Because I know very little about vehicles, I’ve been taken advantage of in the past, which was always a humiliating and expensive mistake.

Lee Family Auto has completely changed that for me. Everyone I’ve met there over the past three years has been kind, knowledgeable, and honest. They are consistently fair, diligent, and extremely reasonably priced. I trust them completely and plan to continue using their services for as long as I live in this city. Hopefully a very long time. ☺️

I was looking for a last minute auto shop for oil change and they took me within seconds and made my first time really simple and easy! They even provided a waiting room with a tv and coffee which was so lovely!

So DIFFICULT to find a good mechanic, let alone a time-efficient and reliable service in this area. Friendly and family-owned to boot, Lee's Family Auto is a hidden gem off of Bergen Blvd in Palisades Park.

I called ahead to set up an appointment for an oil change and thankfully they were able to take me in as soon as they were able. What impressed me first was that the facility appears to be well maintained. The friendly reception I received upon driving my car up to their facility made me feel welcomed.

Really appreciated the attention to detail that they provided in the service during the oil change, including checking other levels such as the windshield wiper fluid - all without any prompts or being requested (nice to have a peekaboo window to see that being performed!). To me, this is a Hallmark of a good mechanic!

The price of service was on point, if not more than affordable. The regular oil change was $30 and the synthetic is $60, very comparable in price for the area. Once my vehicle was in their shop, the whole work was completed in less than 20 minutes. All within good timing during a lunch period!

Great service and friendly attitude! For certain this now will be my family's auto service facility in New Jersey.
