LT Studio

LT Studio has quickly become a place that is necessary for me. The cleanliness is top tier, and meets the standard I always hoped for in a gym. The new Alpha room is where I spend the bulk of my time, typically taking Strength classes with Coach Derek who is extremely knowledgeable in body movement, nutrition and healthy living in general. He always offers scalable modifications which I greatly appreciate as a new-to-‘CrossFit’-type athlete. Another must is Ultra Fit with Staisean who somehow manages to make running fun :) 10/10 would recommend!

I am new to lifetime fitness and absolutely love love love love! The classes. The instructor s. The staff- all so friendly and helpful.

I've visited the Lifetime Studio in the Riverside Square mall two (maybe three?) times and I've had a great experience at each visit. As an avid gym goer, I've had passes to many gyms over the years and the staff always made me feel like I was just "trying" the gym. At LT Studio, I was not only very impressed with the facilities, but more than pleased with each member of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and exudes am upbeat and supportive attitude. I was encouraged to try any/all classes and, as a first responder, I was invited back for a group exercise class to benefit/support our military and fellow first responders.

The General Manager, Corey, runs a phenomenal gym/studio and leads her staff from the front considering her background and passion for fitness. Thank you to each member of the staff for your individual contribution in making my time spent there positive and fun.

This is a very unique Studio experience. The studio’s are absolutely beautiful. The coaches, trainers and all team members are totally committed to the entire experience. They guide you and help you any way they can. I feel that being a member here is all a person needs to not only become/maintain physical fitness, but also for mental fitness as well. I am so very grateful to all the team members here in Riverside. In such a short time since I joined here, they have changed/enriched my life so much!

The experience at LifeTime Studio is extraordinary! From the concierge to the coaches to management, they are all fantastic! We have a luxury boutique filled with a variety of modalities to choose from Pilates to Yoga to Strength Training and everything in between. All the members are always supporting one another too with the strong community created! It’s a great accountability system. The space is super clean and there’s an easy access right in from the garage which is nice on those rainy or snowy days! All the coaches are fabulous, however, I truly appreciate how both Liza and StaiSean individualize the workout to each client in a way that gives you 1:1 instruction and guidance even in group class. Their passion for what they do, how they care for each member and the results they deliver makes me come back day after day!
