Madsen and Placa Family Dentistry LLC

I've been going to see Dr Madsen & Dr Placa for 2 yrs now. I used to dread going to the dentist but that is not the case anymore. Everyone in the office is nice, professional and friendly as well as very patient when going over procedures and billing. Both Dr Madsen & Dr Placa make sure you're comfortable and explain what they're doing beforehand. I recommend this family dentistry to anyone who is looking for a new dentist and/or looking to get clear aligners.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Placa for many years and have only known her to be a true professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, always staying current with the newest technology and treatment options available in dentistry. You can tell that she truly enjoys her job and cares about her patients. Every staff member in her off follows her lead. They are all welcoming, helpful, friendly and caring.

Family Dentistry is awesome. As someone who is terrified of dentist, I could not feel more comfortable there. They have treated me and my family for decades. We highly recommend them!

I cracked an old cap and Dr. Madsen made the repair and replacement smooth, and relatively pain free. Even when I had some discomfort he stopped and made sure that I was much less uncomfortable before continuing. He really treated me like I was the only patient there and that is very appreciated.

My experience at your practice was very good ! Giovanna, the hygienist, was very kind and knowledgeable . She provided some good advice about daily mouth care for my irritated gums. Your desk personnel (Kim?) was also knowledgeable & provided an explanation about my bill that I found to be satisfactory. Thank you for this positive visit - my teeth are happy !
