Paid to sue. Went to mediation (Mediator charged for time he spent chitchatting with Bonello!) and I paid for that as well. Got judgement for 18k.
Bonello forgot to enter judgement so when defendant - - also a realtor - - sold his house, the judgement never got paid....
Then gives my file to someone in his office who NEVER called me and basically took no action for years.
