Very happy with the service at Mark Allen. I left my car needs open ended asking them to check the overall safety of my 2006 car and they did not try to oversell me or add on extra repairs. Very honest and straight forward. I will return!

I brought my truck in for an oil change. The shop called to let me know my rear brakes were in need of changing. I already had parts that I purchased from Rock Auto and asked if they would install. They agreed. I had supplied a pair of Advics brake discs and Akebono pads. The brake discs ended up rubbing on the backplate and though the mechanic tried to grind down the rotor, they couldn’t be used. They agreed to order new discs and install the following day.
I am happy with the work performed and was charged a fair price. I intend to use this shop again for future needs.

My van broke down a few miles away from Mark Allen’s. Within 15 mins they came to the rescue with one of their beautiful tow trucks. My vehicle was fixed the next day and I was back on the road. 5 star service from 5 star guys! Thank you again for saving the day!

Called for a tow on a Saturday and was connected with their driver, Bruce, who was absolutely wonderful. Bruce called me shortly after I got off the phone with the front office to let me know about how far away he was and to make sure I was parked, in his words, "a safe place" and to reassure me that he was on his way. Once Bruce got there he greeted me warmly and reassured me again that things would be taken care of. He assessed my car, made sure I had a ride and was super communicative and friendly and really made me feel a lot better on a day that was pretty crappy for me. I'll never call anywhere else.

Needed a tow on a mid Saturday and Mark Allen's arrived within twenty minutes. Was super kind and friendly. Made sure I had a ride after the car was towed. Very communicative. Polite and mannerly and a job well done. I'd highly recommend them
