USPS needs to stop putting surveys on the screen during the transaction with the employee standing there. It pressures people to give fake positive feedback just to avoid awkwardness. If they want honest reviews, let people respond after they leave, not while being stared at. It’s manipulative and designed to skew results.
I recently went to the post office within 10 minutes of closing. The staff were extremely friendly and helped me pick out packaging, rip off old labels from recycled boxes, and pack up my items. They were very kind and polite.
this post office has improved over the couple of years. The queues were terrible with one person on the counter at a time. it's been 2 people on the counter the few times I have gone. Staff and customers are happier and less stressed.
