Mike's Pit Stop

I was able to make an appointment online at 6pm the night before for an 8am appointment the next day. I walked in, and was taken right on time. I was shown by the technician all of the necessary things to be done and explained fees, etc. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and ethically. The shop is very clean and professional. I was treated excellently and would recommend them 100 percent. Hard to find good honest mechanics.

First timer, and was thoroughly impressed. I made the mistake of taking the car to a different tire place first, and they told me my tire couldn’t be repaired and my only move was to plunk down north of $450 for a tire and installation. Thankfully, I didn’t fall for it and brought the car to Mike— he was honest and fast, and I ended up paying for a tire repair what the other guy charged to look at the car once over. Great to have another trustworthy place I can count on!

I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop! I came in during my lunch break with a slow leak in my tire after another place told me it couldn’t be repaired and that I needed new tires. These guys took the time to actually inspect the issue, worked quickly knowing I had to get back to work, and did everything they could to fix it — successfully!

They were upfront and honest, letting me know I’d eventually need to replace at least two tires, but they never tried to upsell or pressure me. Instead, they repaired my tire at no charge and even offered me affordable prices on new tires, an oil change, and an alignment for when I’m ready.

As a woman, I usually dread going into auto shops because too often you get taken advantage of or talked down to — but not here. The team was friendly, informative, and treated me like family. I felt completely comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. You can tell they truly value their customers and want to get you back on the road safely without breaking your budget.

Talk about customer service! I had an unexpected flat right before I had to be somewhere pretty important on a Sunday. Called the shop and unfortunately they were closed……. That didn’t stop Mike from saving the day, he said if you can get the tire to the shop now, I’ll meet you there! Nice to have a local guy willing to serve the community the way he does! A++ service! I even booked my oil change for tomorrow at 8am on my way out! Thanks to Mikes Pit Stop, I’ll see you guys soon!

Dropped my car off for an oil change and it was ready in no time. Was really easy to drop my car off the night before and leave the keys in a secure key box. It was easy to pay as well as they send the invoice electronically through text. Very professional. Keep up the great work guys! See you in a few months or whenever I need work done.
