Mills Insurance Group LLC

We have been with Mills Ins Group for some time now, but this past weekend really put things into prespective for me. We had a major flood on New Years Eve, all power lost to the building, had no access to computers or insurance documents. Jason, not only answered his phone, but had everything to me in minutes, took the bull by the horn and really stepped up to get the ball rolling. He has been my saving grace in this entire process. I trust him with all of our insurnace needs, and when it relly matters, he was there! That goes a long way!

I have been with Mills for 6 years. I started shopping for my commercial due to my previous company was telling me I was covered for things when in reality I wasn’t. When I met Jason he educated me on what I needed and what I didn’t. He has always made sure I was properly protected and got me the best price as possible. When ever I had to get a copy of my proof of insurance for my customers, Cookie made sure I had it emailed to myself or the customer within mins. I have had nothing but great experiences with Mills Insurance. They take their time to educate you as a customer, which helps you educate your customers. To understand that you’re protecting them as well. I highly recommend speaking with Jason and cookie. They’re not only out to protect you put to protect your customer as well.
