I contacted this printing company by google search; from the moment I spoke to Erin I felt she got me. Distraught as I was on the call Erin was patient in listening to my needs. Unfortunately, our family lost a loved one and needed urgency in printing the service program due to a prior printing company refuse to help us after promising to do the work. Erin went above and beyond in communicating with us she made a promise to get the job done and she delivered that promise despite it was last minute. Not only did she kept her promise the program she designed for our loved one was magnificent words cannot describe. She took our concerns and deliver a beautiful program. This is the printing shop you want to use! I worked with Mike and he was terrific. I was ordering new business cards and before printing them, Mike sent me the proof and I gave it my approval. After I picked up the cards, I saw a mistake that I had overlooked. It was my error and I offered to pay for the reprint. Mike reprinted them for me at NO CHARGE and could not have been nicer about it. Even if I had been charged, I would be writing this review. They put out a terrific product, in a timely manner and with a smile. It doesn't get better than that!

Mike and his team completed a complex job in record time for a very reasonable price. I’d approached numerous printers about this job with no success, but these guys just made it work and were super easy to deal with. I even received a video of my print sample (a mini booklet) for approval before they proceeded with the rest. Best service I’ve ever received from a printer; couldn’t recommend Miro more highly.
