I've been at India Brook in Randolph a little over 10 years. Excellent facilities and service. Thx MCHA for making my senior years comfortable in my own home, convenient to Morristown, County College, and the bustling town of Dover.

Always very helpful sometimes takes time for someone to get back to you but they have a lot of people they work with so it’s understandable. Maintenance could be a bit quicker but other then that they have beautiful housing and staff that I’ve worked with is alway nice.

Pretty good place to live if you you have no plans in life, once you start making money they take 30% of your income and it’s on a month to month basis. They will see if you work overtime and will adjust accordingly. Especially in a good area, the highest they charge you $2,600+ in Denville area for a three bedroom apartment. Which isn’t too bad in a somewhat a prestigious area.
They look over your bank statements for the last 6 months and they question every transaction on cash app, PayPal, Venmo, even if it’s .80 cents or a $1 every year for a re-lease.
To Military veterans on permanent disability , or setting up a claim which would take 1-2 years, stay away because they will take 30% of that, even your backpay and charge 3% interest and tell you that you are negligent for the unknown disability decision. Hence, do federal housing which your income could not be taken into account.
Also, if you expecting child support in a inconsistent manner they will raise the rent within a month but take a while to lower it, which is very inconvenient, on household stability.
Repairs will take a very long time, however, maintenance is consistent and the maintenance personal are very professional.
