Satisfied with the cleaning. And staff members are friendly.
Only reason for 4 stars is because this winter jacket took 2 days longer to clean than the assigned pick up day. Staff members did not say this jacket would take more time when item was dropped off nor did they call to let me know it was not ready. The wasted time of making two trips and lack of compensation is the reason for the drop in star.
