We just placed a large basket for a group of special doctor friends. I wish we had looked at the reviews first and now we have our fingers crossed. We will follow up.
I ordered several days in advance, so my delivery was on time.
I ordered a custom basket, where their websites allows you to handpick each item.
Unfortunately none of what I selected was included in the basket. When I asked about it, they said reasonable substitutions were within their policy.
I wish this information had been included anywhere on their website, because I would have ordered something completed different.
Don't bother getting anything custom, it's just a waste of time.
