First let me start of by saying I am not the type to post or lease a review You could say I am off the grid so to speak but in this case I felt I must. I would just like to take the time & single out a very helpful pleasant woman by the name of Patrica in the municipal offices who I believe does the scheduling of courts dates & much more I assume. Patrica always takes the time without being annoyed or short with me or in anyway irritated or makes me feel like I’m bothering her And I’m sure she has heard every story in the book in her position so it just really refreshing to one speak to a live person & two not speak to someone with the dogs barking/babies in the background crying & the TV blaring as well as with an attitude which makes me feel like I’m bothering them & Lastly & most important to me someone who understands Me in my own native language of English & who speaks it back to me clearly & I can understand So in closing I’d just like to Thank Patricia for her patience in always taking the time to help me out whether it’s with zoom court scheduling a date or anything in general. She is a very nice woman and I appreciate her. Also I’d just like to mention Judge Weber as well who I believe & know is a very fair man & of good character & personality & he even has a very good sense
of humor on occasion
The young lady working security to get into the court room this morning at 9am was exceptional. She was firm yet polite and caring. One of the best experiences I’ve had to date. She deserves a raise or a promotion
