We have been with One call for a while now. Great company, professional service. They actually help the homeowner pick the best options provided that is favorable to the homeowner
One Call helped me upgrade the heating system in my home from electric baseboard heaters to a much more efficient heat pump system. If I had any questions, they were readily available to answer them and happy to help. They removed my old air handler and condenser, ran a new larger wire from my panel to power my new heat pump condenser, and installed my new units quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very professional and courteous while working in my home. They put tarps down anywhere they had to walk and made sure everything was clean before they left. Great service and great people to work with for my project. My new heat pump works great and just in time for winter!
I had an awesome experience with One Call Electrical, Heating & Cooling. My technicians, Justin R. and Sergio Z., were incredibly professional from start to finish. They kept the work area super clean, explained everything clearly, and got the job done fast and efficiently.
They also didn’t mind my overly excited (and slightly annoying) dogs, which I really appreciated.
Overall, great service, smooth process, and genuinely good guys. Highly recommend!
Everyone at One Call has been friendly and competent. Luis is a particular standout. He's kind and thoughtful - when our heat pump/central air install took more than 1 day in 95+ degree heat, he came back with portable a/c's to keep us from melting. He's thorough and careful and has done good work for us. We appreciate the service we get from One Call.
