Palace Laundromat

One of the ladies named “Aarla” or whatever that works in the mornings on Thursdays has such a nasty attitude. She should be re-trained in good customer service, because why when I approach her to ask a simple question am I seeing her with a visibly annoyed expression BEFORE I even ask and then she answers me with a nasty tone? I come here to do my laundry, not to be given an attitude by some miserable middle aged lady. If she hates her job so much, she shouldn’t be working here. Gonna try avoiding coming here to do my laundry when she is working. I give this place 3 stars, minus two because of her attitude, because the place is always fairly clean, always lots of machines available, and coming here makes laundry quick and efficient for me.

This my first time going, love the cleanliness, customer service was amazing, Carla was very pleasant and helpful, I would recommend this laundromat.. I definitely will go back. 👏🏽👌🏾

Best place to do laundry. Their machines run great. Some days can be busy, but you will have enough machines around to finish.

Very clean. Thank you for keeping the machines clean. Thank you for taking care of my son's forgotten belongings including his Chromebook. Our family was going through critical hardship and to our surprise you returned my son's belongings. Definitely the employees are angels. Very grateful.

Palace is the first laundromat i’ve ever needed to use. This laundromat is very clean, the staff are smiley, cleaning, kind, and always working. I love the card for pay option too, it’s very convenient. Parking is not good - Which is understandable once you see where the laundromat is located. That could be a deal breaker sometimes...If you’re a weekend washer, good luck! People in this area have a lot of people to wash for... I only wash for two. It can be frustrating when you only need one dryer and most of everyone else is using 3-6.. really. I always try my luck at Palace though!
