Panther contracting is the most knowledgeable, honest and competent roofing company that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. As the owner of a commercial building with a flat roof, it has been a challenge to find a skilled contractor that is willing to take the time to correctly install the appropriate roofing system, as well as solve our existing roofing problems. Phil, Averi and the team expertly identified the problems, effectively communicated what needed to be done and were readily available to answer all questions. The roof installation and repairs were done extremely well, they were done on time, and they were done at a fair price. The level of service was excellent. I highly recommend Panther Contracting. I no longer have an anxiety attack every time it rains – No more leaks!

Had Panther Contracting replace roof on my house back in April. Easy to work with, seemed like a fair price. 3 months after brand new roof installed, it leaked into my 2 story family room. They came to repair roof, said a few shingles blew off in a "severe" storm. They would not fix the damage on the inside of the house and said I should be happy they repaired the roof for free because they normally would charge for that. We texted back and forth and when I called the talk about it my call keeps getting sent to voicemail. I was home during the thunderstorm. We lost no tree branches, the power did not go out, and there was no tree damage in the neighborhood. None of my neighbors had any leaks or roof issues. I would not expect a brand new roof to have issues like this. Ultimately it isn't a huge fix on the inside, but just another headache to have to deal with and pay for.

It is really hard to find good contractors these days, and I just wanted to give my honest feedback. I was asked to leave a review many times immediately after the job was finished, but was going to wait 6 months to a year to see if I had any issues. I can't recommend any other roofers, but I certainly would not suggest Panther.

I highly recommend Panther Contracting for both roof repairs and replacement, as they did a great job with my needed repair and replacement. They were professional, timely and made me feel like they were working on a family member's roof. Lou, the supervisor, was onsite the entire time the roof was being replaced and he also fixed a leak, prior to the replacement. Phil, the owner, stopped by while the work was being done to ensure all was going as planned. And Averi, Phil's wife, was in constant contact with me on exactly when the work would begin. They made sure the roof was replaced right before more rain was expected, which was really appreciated. In summary, the work was done on time, in a quality way and for a reasonable price.

I just moved into my home and without fail my roof was leaking. As a new homeowner it is really hard to find a good trustworthy and knowledgeable contractor but I finally did. I highly recommend especially if you want someone with a heart that wants nothing more than to see you happy with their work and it showed. Also kept me up to date every step of the way! Never had any problems since! Great company.
