Parfum Europa

I came to this store and was greeted by Jonathan, Incredibly welcoming. They did not have the perfume in stock that I was looking for but he let me test out many other items. I look forward to making future purchases online. He was amazing and had great customer service

I’m from Connecticut and I traveled to MetLife to transport my teenaged daughter to a concert. My son and I walked the mall to kill time and we came across this store. We both love fragrances!! We both found a Fragrance we liked. I asked the store clerk how much, he told me $90 for both. I’m thinking this is great for two 3.4 oz bottles. However, I looked up both fragrances when we got back to the car and they were both only worth about $20. I got duped!! I was overcharged!! Had the mall not been closed, I would’ve taken them back to get my money back. This was very unfair and dishonest. Don’t go there to purchase anything. They don’t deserve your business. Go to smell different fragrances to find what you like and then order online.

I didn't see anything in this shop that would give it the big name of Perfume Europa.
Nothing sophisticated, practically nothing from niche perfumery and the prices are too high in my opinion.

You guys have great customer service, how can you guys call this a sale when both of these fragrances aren’t worth close to what you charged us for? We paid close to $100 for both fragrances and when I got home and looked up these fragrance prices and found that it’s only worth $30 per box or less lol. This is what happens when you try to support a local business.
