The reception person could not be more helpful, she has been friendly and kind every time I call and every time we have been in the office.
Have seen Dr. Klein once and she was patient and extremely helpful, very happy to have found her and been able to secure an appointment with her. Hope our following visits are as pleasant (in the midst of not such a happy time).
The only negative thing I could say about Dr. Klein is that she wouldn't write me a prescription for my coworkers to not stress me out lol. I thought she was thorough and attentive and very patient while I tried to describe my symptoms which isn't always easy. I genuinely hate complaining about things to doctors but she listened and made me feel comfortable. 5 stars all around!!!
I can't believe someone left a negative review for Dr. Klein. I've been seeing her for quite a few years, and she's always been a very caring doctor. Every doctor I mention her to also thinks very highly of her. The office staff has always been very friendly to me.
