They help the low income families
Nice church & people are very nice
Pemberton UMC is a warm and welcoming community of christians. It is truly a "church family" in every sense of the word. You will find it difficult to leave get out of the church without receiving not just one, but many warm welcoms.
To address the "Nazi" issue referenced by one reviewer, the church rented Wesley Hall to a local organization which was taken over by the "Nazi" group. Neither they nor the church knew about the plans prior to the event taking place.
Church rents space to the "449 Club" a non-profit community recovery organization that helps support local AA & NA activities. I was there at the 449 Club today, for their annual BBQ & Karaoke fundraiser, going on til dusk!
