Petrocelli & Sons Electric

Petrocelli has been our go-to since moving to Closter 2.5 years ago. It's usually impossible to get the perfect combo of prompt service, fair pricing, and amazing work--believe me when I say that Jim has all that, and more. A super-nice guy who knows how to do the job right, I couldn't recommend Petrocelli & Sons more.

Very knowledgable and gave tons of advice for different issues around my house (even non electric related). Jim is a great guy and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

WOW! I do not have the words to describe how pleased, impressed and satisfied I am with Petrocelli & Sons Electric Co. Words like professional, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, good quality, excellent value, etc. do not accurately or adequately describe my experience and overall impression of them. The feeling I have is: barring an absolute emergency, I move from the area, or their unavailability, I will NEVER use another electrician to service my Bergen County home again! NEVER!

I remain amazed with Jim’s wide ranging expertise, problem solving abilities, and professionalism. He made an effort to first understand my needs and then offered solutions that were more elegant than anything that I could have come up with on my own. He performed his work efficiently and with a quiet confidence and temperament that made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend him highly enough for any job large or small.

I recently had the pleasure in meeting the electrician Jimmy Petrocelli after calling his company Pereocelli & Sons to inquire if any assistance could be provided to get our generator started. I expected a host of responses to the inquiry made from [“the next available appointment would be…” -to- “no”] but what I did not expect was the response received “…I will be right over, what’s your address”. Upon his arrival, he immediately got to work on the generator, replacing a damaged part and disassembling some components in order to clean them before making the determination that the unit would require more servicing than what could be preformed on the spot that day. So Jimmy offered me the use of his small portable generator until I was able to get the additional required mechanical services. His prompt assistance and willingness to provide a temporary solution for me until such time as my generator could be repaired, was a very uncommon professional courtesy and one that was very much so appreciated in a time need. So in closing, I would not hesitate to call on and hire “Jimmy” of Pereocelli & Sons again and would strongly suggest for others to call him first whenever you’re in need of an electrician - as I believe that you too will be pleasantly surprised by his uncommon professional service and willingness to do whatever is required, to get you the assistance needed at the time.
