I have to say the customer service was lovely when we visited the store. Two separate gentlemen patiently showed us how the stroller systems worked and how they folded and unfolded. They didn't get upset when we repeatedly asked them to show us again. We left feeling like we had been educated about how the strollers worked, and we did not feel pressured. When we were ready to buy, we ordered online, and the stroller was delivered quickly.
I was originally frustrated due to a slight shipping delay & being almost 40 weeks pregnant my anxiety was getting the best of me, but they quickly took care of it.. & upon receiving my car seat/stroller today.. I must say I’m so glad I went with this company. I got an open box Doona and saved over $100 and it was brand new with tags on it. Plus free 2 day shipping. Don’t be like me and order so close to your due date lol, but even still they got me my car seat in time.. & in mint condition for a big discount. Highly recommend them.
Piccolino is amazing. First off, the location is so pristine, picturesque, clean. It's mom and pop, which means they care about the customers on an individual basis. Very sweet, knowledgeable team. Also, it smells nice and they were playing cool music. I just had to take out my camera and grab pictures. I'm so happy we found Piccolino.
