Piccolissimo Italian Grille

Let me give you an honest review of this restaurant. We have eaten inside the dining room and also take out. Prices are very expensive compared to better options in the area. A specialty pizza is 24 dollars. Then they hit you with that distrusting 4 percent card charge. Greedy. The dinners are absolutely disgusting. The little dudes have 0 clue to cook Italian food. The red sauces are horrible. So many better options nearby that charge less for better food.

Stopped in to try the pizza.
When i visit an Italian restaurant/pizza establishment I always try a plain slice first so I can experience the sauce without extra trimmings.
I was not disappointed. The sauce was amazing. Although the plain slice was very satisfying, it left my taste buds wanting more.
Before I could order another selection, the very courteous owner stopped at my table to ask how I liked the pizza.
Then, he asked me if I was going to have another slice. After I said yes, he said I have a slice I think you're going to like and it's on me.
He brought me a slice that he referred to as Trenton pizza. Needless to say, it exceeded my expectations. And yes, better than the very good plain slice.
I am pleased to say I have found another outstanding restaurant/pizza place located in Columbus, NJ.
Do yourself a favor and try this place. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice italian restaurant and Pizzeria, our waitress was amazing. we ordered the Broccoli Rabe and chicken franchise. the homemade bread was so good.

I recently hosted a graduation party for my son at Piccolissimo. The private room was the perfect size to accommodate 60 guests. The restaurant staff including Erin, Timi, the servers and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect! From personalized menus, coordinating table linens and room set-up to allowing me to drop off supplies the night before for the candy bar & BYOB table, the staff was accommodating to my every need. Our guests raved about the food! The appetizers, salads and entrees were plentiful and delicious! Thank you to the fabulous team at Piccolissimo for a wonderful event! Special shout-out to banquet manager, Erin, for staying in touch with me via text from her vacation in Italy to make sure every detail was covered! Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend Piccolissimo not only for parties but for casual dining as well!
