I had an issue with the newer white front loader I had put my whites in the number 7 white front loader and somehow towards the end of the cycle it malfunctioned it said spin, but; it was throwing my clothes back and forth in quite a bit of soapy water. Then it said error so I tried to open the washing machine door and it wouldn't open so I called the Ridgefield Park police and explained my situation so 2 Ridgefield Park police men showed up and came to my rescue 🛟 the one officer was able to push in on the washing machine door and it opened so I took my soaking wet soapy laundry out and moved it
to a stainless steel front loader and I was able to finish my wash.
Since then I only use the stainless steel front loading washing machines

I wanted to give this place more stars but I decided not to here is why. A lot of people have commented how clean the place is I disagree.
Don't get me wrong the attendent who comes in the morning is absolutely amazing super nice and does a great job. But it's only her that works there and she only cleans what she can. When I do my laundry I come before she arrives the place is a total mess so maybe Pinky's should have more people working since it's a 24 hour business?
Instead of one person cleaning for around an hour a day.

Been going here for about a year now.
This place is fantastic. Always has quarters in case you need change, also has detergent, softener and dryer sheets available if you forgot yours.
There are three different washing machines (I always go for the big ones so I can get more done in 1 cycle)
Big washers (3 total) holds 6 loads, I believe. It's $6.50. Runs for 26 minutes on whatever cycle you choose (hot, cold, normal, heavy etc)
Medium washers (think they have 6 maybe 7 of these) hold 3-4 loads and is $3.50 same time and all as the one above.
Than they have regular washers THINK they are $4.25 (could be wrong) 1 load and runs for 45 mins.
Lots of dryers, all same size. $1.50 for 30 mins and .25¢ for 7 minutes.
And my favorite part, they are open 24 hours!!! So no more worrying if your clothes will be dry before they close.
Highly recommend this place to all and will continue to use in future.

If I personally owned a laundromat, this would be my concern. This is almost every laundry mat so don't want to shame this one in any shape or form but when people wash their animals things example: cat/dog beds, blankets etc. Hair gets EVERYWHERE! Lots of people are highly allergic to some animals. When I went today I was waiting on 1 of the 3 big washers to be available and when one finally was, it was COVERED with some kind of animal hair. Hair was clogging the drain holes inside the washer and the hairs were literally flying out when I opened the door. I do wipe everything down beforehand but there was no saving this and did not want to risk my daughter getting a reaction from it. Again, I am not bashing this specific location because it happens all over. But every laundry mat should have a separate washer/dryer for pets in my opinion.
Again, I highly recommend this place to all and will continue to use in future.
