After doing work on my condo building that I was under the impression was supposed to cure external leaks, my unit continued to leak. Toni promised to follow up about the leak but failed to do so. Then he came back to our building many months later, did the repair my unit required on another unit for a new owner who was also left with the impression that Toni had previously cured external leaks; all the while leaving my leak to continue (see photo).
Nonetheless, ultimately did a repair for what I understand to be his usual rate.
