***Update: The company finally responded to my email and gave me a refund even though they said that they don’t usually do that. They told me to keep the eyeliner. I appreciate that they responded in the way that they did. I am giving 4 stars for the way they handled my gripe. I would give 5 stars if they would start carrying the black eyeliner again. I am still confused as to why they would be out of stock on the color black for years now.
I am so disappointed in this company and would not recommend anyone using their products as their customer service is non-existent. I had been using their lipliner and black eyeliner for years. I bought in local beauty stores but then those stores stopped carrying their products so I had to order online. The black eyeliner has been out of stock for years and way before Covid. I recently thought I saw it come back in stock but under a new name color called "Masquerade" which looked really dark black to me online. I ordered three since they have been out of stock on the black for so long, only to find that I ordered a dark purple eyeliner which I will never wear. I emailed the company twice about it asking if they would grant me a refund but never got a response. And now I have three of this purple eyeliner which I will never wear. I also tried calling customer service but the line is always busy. Don't order from them. Buyer beware!
