Quality Care Cleaning

Yesterday I had my carpets and sectional sofa in my home cleaned by Quality Care Cleaning. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. Scheduling was seamless. I received information prior to my scheduled appointment with instructions regarding moving any fragile items. I also received reminders to confirm my scheduled appointment.

My carpets and sectional sofa look amazing. Everything dried in only a few hours. They were able to remove some stains. I highly recommend Diane, Hector and their crew for their professionalism and attention to details from scheduling, pricing, and the cleaning process.

After a disastrous rug cleaning experience with a franchise company. I thought my carpets were ruined. I called Quality Care and spoke to Kristen she understood my concerns and assured me Nestor would know how to remedy my problem. I scheduled the cleaning of my sofa, loveseat and carpets. I couldn't be happier with the results, they did not disappoint. Nestor did an awesome job on my carpets! The furniture looks new again!
