I mostly grab their chicken quarter legs, and they never disappoint. always fresh, clean, and when cooked, the texture and quality are way better than many other places I’ve bought chicken from. The meat cooks up tender and juicy every single time.

I’ve also tried their lamb and beef with their prepared marinades. Its a little on the pricey side, but the taste is worth every penny! The marination is spot on!! Reminds me of restaurants i ate in Paterson, except now i can just cook it up at home. Definitely my go to halal meat shop!

I recently bought a lamb leg, lamb shoulder, and beef loin cubes from this butcher shop. The lamb leg and shoulder, cooked in the oven for 6 hours, were juicy, fresh, and had a pleasant aroma with no unpleasant smell. They tasted delicious! I also tried the lamb roll cold at the shop and loved it, so I bought it right away. The meat is well-organized in the fridge, and the staff maintains great hygiene. The butchers at Rayhan Halal Meat are fantastic. They have some of the best meat products available and it is all extremely fresh. whether it’s chicken, beef, or lamb, they have all the cuts you could ask for and more.

I recently bought a brisket from them with a tremendous amount of marbling, which is a testament to the quality of the beef. after smoking it for about 12 hours, it was very tender and juicy.

I just went back to them to get some "dino" beef ribs. Can't wait to try them out!

Best ever halal meat in NJ. Second time buy no regret. Super friendly butcher, steaks fresh and tasty. I tried meat for Uzbek Plov, shurpa, lagman and samsa. Chicken wings, Chicken Tabaka. Man it is unbelievable taste, fresh meat - taste of motherland. P.s. I'm no longer traveling to Brooklyn for butcher meat,save on gas and toll. P.s. as per owner he will offer catering services for events.
