I've owned and used some larger format RCF Speaker for quite a few years, then just recently wanted to lean toward more portability. When I couldn't find anywhere to demo a system I contacted Jim at RCF, he arranged a visit for me, the minute you walk in the receptionist offered me water, coffee and a seat. Very friendly and accommodating Staff. I was able to Demo several systems, I felt no pressure in regards to time. They answered all my questions. These folks in the NJ center really foster and represent RCF as a great company and there products are exceptional. As a result I just picked up a pair of EVOX 12's and some HD12's, and extremely happy with them. Thank you Jim and all the folks at RCF.
After driving in a bad storm... took me 4 and half hours. I walked in and the first thing they ask if I want coffee.. What Speaker company does this?? Not only were they all so nice, they fixed my speakers within an hour and sent me on my way. This is why I use RCF, not only the great sound but a great company to deal with. Mike is the MAN!!
