These folks were great. They came out, provided an estimate the same day and we scheduled for the work a day or two later. They were very helpful in ascertaining the issue with the new ceiling fan and returned prompltly to un-install the damaged fan and reinstall the new one. We had them do a lot of work-- 6 wafer lights, a switch, 5 pendant lights and a ceiling fan box and separate ceiling fan. The work was very well done and the electricians were very pleasant and polite. Their price was very reasonable. What more could you ask for?
Highly recommend. I had recessed lighting installed in my living room by Sylvester. It is an older home with plaster walls. The lights are beautiful and he did a great job limiting holes in the wall to snake wires. They charged me exactly what was quoted which was a very reasonable price. Glad I found my new go to electrician!
Terrible experience all around. Worker came out to rewire an existing ceiling fan so that it could also be used as a light. I had already purchased the lighting kit and was quoted a decent price to start. As The day progressed, it was one issue after another. Worker asked for a step ladder and proceeded to watch me (at 37 weeks pregnant) struggle to carry it up the steps and offered no assistance. He later stated that he had a “slight mishap” which resulted in him putting a hole in my wall. After he left, I discovered a second hole in the woodwork of my closet which he conveniently forget to mention. When it came time to pay for the work, the bill came out to be approximately $200 more than the quote provided in the morning. Apparently there is a service fee added on at the end which was never mentioned (not during first contact with owner, nor included in quote from worker). Worker stated that the project “took longer than I expected” in attempt to validate the service fee (maybe if you did not have to go purchase your tools at Home Depot in the middle of the day, or did not damage my home, the project wouldn’t have taken you so long?). The service fee was eventually waived when I refused to pay due to their lack of honesty. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the owner did send someone over to fix the holes as well as covered the cost (but only after I stated I would not be paying for the fix and owner agreed, saying “I guess it’s the right thing to do”). I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. While the project was eventually completed and all was fixed, it was not worth all the stress and aggravation it caused me (especially so late in my pregnancy).
Matt and his crew are great! I have hired them for multiple projects and I'm always satisfied with the work and price
