my mom is buried here & tomorrow is her birthday. i decided to visit her today since i will be at work tomorrow and i almost stepped in THREE DIFFERENT PILES OF DOG SHIT. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR ANIMALS.
First off, its a beautiful place and very tastefully done. The grounds are well kept.
However, my dad has been interred in one of the niches in October of 2024. After 6 months, he still doesn't have his name or dates up on his niche. So, unless you know where he is, you won't be able to find him. I and my mom have called on several occasions inquiring about getting his name and dates up but we kept on getting the same excuse (that there is a backorder on letters and numbers and that they were waiting since the summer to get them). I'm sorry, but that is inexcusable! Are you really expecting me to believe that there is only one place in the whole world that can make these letters in the font and color?!?! How about you give me the name of the font, color, and size and I will print them for you!!!
Enough is enough!
My grandma Shirley and my grandpa Jerry as well as my grandpa Hillary and his parents and my uncle Daniel are all at this cemetery. Some are outside and two are inside the building. This place is very beautiful and well kept. I do agree somethings tend to go missing if anything other than flowers are left. It would be nice if they just called every once in a while and reminded us to remove certain things after so many days. For example, scare crows for the holiday or valentine hearts decoration ect. I’d understand if they said for the month of November you can leave a fake pumpkin or for December a fake gift or for Valentine’s Day a teddy bear. Just to be able to leave special things up just for the month before they throw it away would be nice. But I do understand the rules. I appreciate all the nice work this place does to keep it looking nice. Thank you ☺️
