Had a collision on my driver side while I was here for travel that smashed my mirror piece and a chunk of the door, and needed to be able to drive the car back home (4 hour drive). The staff at Rick’s immediately helped me (on a Friday afternoon as well) before everyone was closed for the weekend. They made sure I could drive my car, secured the mirror piece so it was safe, and even readjusted my bumper (with no extra cost). They did this in a few hours while also being incredibly friendly, and helping me estimate what the future costs will be for a full fix. I’m not a local, but if I was - I’d never go anywhere else. From day one ,the staff at Ricks helped me get the photos of the damaged passenger side out to my insurance co. and assured me that my car would look as good as new . In just over a week i was blown away when i went to pick up my car. EXCELLENT WORK and i highly recomend them .

i just picked my car up from them and i couldn't be happier with their service! i got into an accident with very minor damage and was recommended to bring my car here. i dropped my car off monday morning and i'm very pleased with the results & their quick response time. the staff is very kind & knowledgeable! they explained things throughly which eased my worries since i am a young girl that doesn't know anything about cars. i will definitely come back in the future and i highly recommend this place :)
