Robert L Cella: Allstate Insurance

Having an office to go to where people know you, in many instances for a lifetime is a great thing. I recently had an expensive windshield replacement and to save time I tried doing it over the phone with the Allstate/Safelite program. After days of jumping through hoops where the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing I walked into the local office and it was resolved in minutes.

Mr. Cella’s office has been providing me outstanding, professional service for many, many years. His agents are smart, friendly, responsive and, most importantly, great listeners. Carol M. and Paul C., especially, have gone above and beyond with their thoroughness and attentiveness. I appreciate what the entire office has done to assist me and cannot recommend them more highly.

I highly recommend Cella Allstate Insurance for their expertise, professionalism, and prompt responsiveness. Their willingness to go the extra mile, helped me tremendously. As executor of an estate, I was in the process of selling the house when the homeowner’s policy came due for renewal. However, many insurance companies will not reissue a policy to an estate. At the eleventh hour, the Cella agency was able to find insurance for me so there was no lapse in coverage. I’d like to give a special thanks to Debra for the considerable amount of time and effort she spent on helping me with this. Furthermore, her patience, calm and understanding help to alleviate a stressful situation. I can see now why my deceased aunt had been a client with the Cella agency for so many years.

Paul, Karen and team provide consistent high-quality customer service experiences. It is refreshing working with such loyal and dedicated professionals. My policy was originally written by All State's phone sales staff resulting in numerous administrative and communication errors. Robert Cella's team took all the time I needed to sufficiently understand and amend both my auto policies. I have since transferred all of my policies to this office and will continue working with them despite having moved over an hour away.

For those who take the time to read this, another reviewer posted a One-Star rating due to what appears to be qualitative and clerical concerns. Before you give any credence to their post, I strongly urge you to consider the nature and character of the other reviews, which are themselves systematically unprofessional and deprecating in nature, illuminating more about the character of the reviewer than the substance of their condemnatory reviews.
