The clothing, shoes, purses selection is great. Everything was well stocked and neat. I went at 7:30 today, Black Friday. The employees were horrible. The girl who had to ring my mom and me up was pissed off she was working. I said Hi and good morning and she Ignored me. She rang me up and walked away no receipt nothing. Then we kept staring at her because my mom needed to pay. She was talking to a tall security guy with long hair. Finally she came over rang my mom and daughter up. We said have a nice day. No answer. I didn't say anything because I wasnt letting a miserable employee ruin my day. Her and others were complaining non-stop that they couldnt enjoy their thanksgiving. Listen get another damn job!!! I dont think we will go again due to the employees.
They stock up on really nice items and great prices… they’re almost as good as TJ Maxx… However, Their bed set deals take the leading win in my eyes.. I got a 10 piece King size bed set comforter for $54.99… YOU CANT BEAT THAT!!
As I was checking out, I noticed their one cashier was miserable and had zero customer service skills.. they need to fix that. She was the only one up there, she needed Atleast two others checking customers out. This a brand new location, has a lot of potential, and customer service is very important. The cashiers are the front face and last face customers see when they walk out. And let me tell you, this lady was miserable.. she didn’t even say hi, she said “NEXT” and started snatching my stuff to scan it. That made me want to give 1 star, but I’m an honest gyal and I can see why she was acting that way. She had no help in the front.
Merchandise quality is what you would expect. The aisles are so tight you can barely get through with a cart, let alone get around someone else in the aisle. The men’s selection is barely there
