Renee listened with more than ears, saw the way my hair wanted to fall and taught it to obey. Layers like language, cut to speak to my face; a fringe that frames, ends that catch the sun. She moved with calm confidence, exact and generous.

In addition to being a talented colorist and stylist, she has the most bubbly and upbeat personality. My hair is the best it’s been in years all around. Great color, cut and healthy. I’ve been going to Salon Cartarae for years. ALL of the staff there is welcoming, friendly, and very educated in their craft. I’ve actually been a bridesmaid in a few weddings they have done and their knowledge on all make up and updos is outstanding. You couldn’t find a better more attentive salon. My hairstylist is Anita, she’s incredible. I trust her knowledge on my hair and she refreshes and makes my red hair look incredible every time! Highly recommend!

My daughter has very curly hair and is still learning how to manage it. I recently brought her in for a Ouidad (curly) cut with Anita and she did an amazing job with her hair. Not only did she give her a great cut but she was also very patient with explaining various styling techniques and products.

While waiting for my daughter to finish, I had an appointment to get a wash, cut and blow dry with Amanda. She also did a fabulous job and I've gotten many compliments on my hair since.

The salon is very clean and comfortable, and everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend their services!
