Phenomenal haircut experience! Expert washing, cutting, and styling. Amazing staff, great music, and hair care recommendations! My expectations are high and this salon exceeds them every time.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! With Leo and The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really listened to what I wanted. My hair turned out even better than I imagined – shiny, healthy, and perfectly styled. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional hair care!

If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I called Salon De Leo in Glen Rock and spoke directly with Leo, and right from that call I knew he was different. He listened carefully as I explained that my hair is very long, and he went over what he could do, what would work best for me, and exactly what the price would be. There were no surprises – he said “wash, cut, and blow dry,” and that is exactly what I received.

What impressed me most is how dedicated he is to his craft. He works with true focus and care. There’s no attitude, no sarcasm, no rushing you out the door. He isn’t distracted talking to staff or glancing around; he’s paying attention to your hair, how it flows, and what will look best. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in the results.

It was clear throughout the appointment that he has a real dedication to his profession. Every movement was precise, every step thoughtful, and it felt like he was creating something rather than just doing a routine cut.

It’s rare to find someone like this – many salons just rush through to get to the next appointment. But with Leo, it felt like my hair and my time actually mattered. For anyone who values a stylist who loves what he does and takes pride in every cut, Salon De Leo is a place you should know about.

I cannot say enough about Salon De Leo, and Leo himself. He is not only an incredibly talented hair artist, but a genuinely caring human being (something that can’t be said about many business owners these days). His main goals are to make you feel comfortable entering his space, and beautiful leaving it. All of his staff are equally as talented and wonderful to spend hours at a time with. I will be moving to NY soon, but without a doubt will be making the trip back to Salon De Leo for all my hair needs, knowing that I will receive a 10/10 experience every single time. Leo did my hair for my wedding, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. It was absolutely stunning and exactly how I had envisioned it. My hair looked so luscious, voluminous, and effortlessly elegant, it felt like I had stepped out of a fairytale. Leo’s hands are truly magical and he created the most enchanting styles not only for me but for my entire bridal party and family. Each look was personalized, polished, and picture perfect.
