I went to Sephora today because, admittedly, I'm not great at doing my own makeup. An associate, noticing my confused looks at all the different products offered help. Well, she did. Dina found not only the perfect tone of foundation, but helped me understand why my makeup doesn't look how I want it. She applied serum (my face was super dry and foundation was cracking), moisturizer, foundation, and lip gloss on my entire face to ensure that I liked the way it looked. Customer service is so important to me, and honestly, she made me feel beautiful without judgment. I HIGHLY recommend if you go into Sephora, ask for Dina. 10/10
Noemy was great! Top Tier Experience…. She analyzed my skin & picked really great products for me. Products I actually LOVED in the store & when I got home. Money very well spent. She was very Sweet, Professional & Knowledgeable. Customer Service like that does NOT Exist anymore.
