This is exactly what my parents faced and the peace and mind that comes from finding a genuinely caring and expert service is priceless. I’m writing this 10 star review with immense gratitude to shine a light on the phenomenal work from Brian Hough II at Shore RV Repair . Brian performed nothing short of a miracle for my family. When my parents heat went out due to aqua heat in their RV , I came across Shore RV Repair out of New Jersey, I left a message ( after hours ) and Brian immediately called me . He was courteous, caring and empathetic. He understood the urgency of no heat and did not hesitate to rearrange his busy schedule to drive the two hours away from his location in New Jersey, which is far beyond a typical service radius! This extraordinary action showed a level of dedication that is rarely seen in any industry today! When Brian arrived he was polite and respectful to my parents. He did not just throw a band-aid on it and say it’s fixed . He took the time to take the aqua heat apart and rebuild it back to new ! He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained the reason and repair process to my parents. Beyond his multiple technical skills , the entire experience was absolutely remarkable! He ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.
In a world we’re good service is hard to find , Shore Rv Repair is the shining example of what it means to go above and beyond for his customers. Brian saved the day and ensured my parents were warm and safe. I honestly don’t know how I came across this company, but im so blessed and thankful I did ! Brian was absolutely remarkable!! He helped my parents when their aqua heat went down. He drove 2 hours out of his way to fix my parents heat ! Shore RV Repair added solar panels, inverter/hardware, and lithium batteries to my new RV. This work is not cheap, but I got several estimates and Brian’s price was fair and he provided me the greatest confidence in how to design the system and his ability to install it. I’m picky about service work and he was fantastic in talking to me multiple times to make the best decisions on design and hardware for my needs while answering my numerous questions.
