SHORE STORAGE ( a modern self storage facility)

Shore Storage is clean, convenient and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have used several storage facilities in the area and Shore Storage is by far the best one. If I ever need to use a storage company again, I would definitely use them. I highly recommend them.

Very clean. I was here 12 years ago and it's still the same.

Short term, long term or for extra storage they're #1 !!!

Was told I didn’t need climate control when I first moved in and then by a year in all my items in storage were covered in mold. There was black mold on the door. It was an absolute nightmare. My things were clean coming in and completely unable to be salvaged by the end of my time with this place. At first the owner or manager Mary was nasty in response to my issue, but she came around and refunded me some of my money that I spent over the last 2 years. The money was not nearly enough given the value of all the items I lost, but I didn’t have the energy to go to court. I would give this place one star, but Frank who helped me move my things out was absolutely wonderful. He took the the time to help me collect valuables and photos that could be salvaged. He was sympathetic and very helpful given all the heavy lifting he had to do to move me out. If you have stuff you don’t care about, this place could be fine. The staff is nice and it’s a reasonable price per month, but if you have items you do care about I would not recommend this place. If you do go here get climate control even if the staff doesn’t recommend it. Really really sad situation….I lost so much :(

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The price seems reasonable. The outside looks like a place you might want to move into yourself, but the units have cinder block walls with no windows, so that wouldn't work out too well.
