John worked on my house claim personally, while he was on vacation and was able to get insurance to pay for water damages that were excluded on my policy!!

We had a devasting fire which completely destroyed our house and left us homeless. We had many adjusters running to represent us, but a friend suggested John, since he had previously used him. This was the best advice we received, John knows his way around insurance companies and was able to walk us through what we needed, from housing to rebuilding. I highly recommend John as an adjuster who not only works for your best interest but makes you feel comfortable and safe at a time when you are in a vulnerable position.

John was amazing. He definitely went above and beyond for our claim. I highly recommend him for dealing with the complexities of insurance claims and getting you all that is owed to you. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done for us! 5 stars isn't enough!..

I cannot say enough about John and the service he provided. I tried dealing with my parent's claim on my own for a couple months and was getting extremely frustrated and blown off. When I was finally offered a sum it was an insulting amount that would not cover half of the rebuild. I got John's name and contact from a Family member. He responded immediatly, met me at the location, and went over everything. Answered any question I had within minutes of a call or text. He fought tirelessly for us. He would even come to locations out of his way to meet me in person when I needed it. In the end, John got us more than we even thought we could get and enough to not only do the rebuild, but do it better than we thought. Even now, with the claim ended, John still keeps in touch to see how we are doing and trying to see if he can do even more. I cannot recommend John enough. There aren't enough stars on here for his true rating. Thank you John for everything you have done and continue to do!
