This is our first time using StorQuest. Joseph was super helpful on the phone and in-person.
He provided clear instructions and didn't rush us along.
The move-in itself went smoothly. The facility & our space were clean upon arrival. The lock was easy to install & use. Its convenient location across Uhaul made it easy for us to return our huge Uhaul truck prompty after unloading. So far, so good.
Xavier was extremely helpful in the process of getting a storage unit. He guided us on what we can and cannot have in the storage and provided us guidance on what size unit we should get.
