I recently brought my Jeep in for service at Teterboro Jeep, and it was hands-down the best dealership experience I’ve had. I’ve worked with service departments at about five different Jeep and Chrysler/Dodge/RAM dealerships over the years, and no one comes close to the level of professionalism and care I received here.
Oz deserves special recognition — he is, without question, the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is done right. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond from start to finish.
The work on my Jeep was completed perfectly, on time, and without any surprises. It’s rare to walk out of a dealership feeling this confident and well taken care of, but Teterboro Jeep and Oz absolutely delivered.
